Oshana explores the soul's incarnational needs by focusing on
the three main phases of human life: birth, relationships and physical death.
- Birth - Birth is part of soul's journey into physical manifestation. Babies are extremely vulnerable and impressionable. The birth process should be as gentle, loving and peaceful as possible. The baby's rhythms are regulated by the mother's heart-beat and breathing. After birth the baby should not be immediately separated from the mother but kept on her chest.
- Relationships - Relationships provoke issues of trust, intimacy and vulnerability. When these are released there is bliss, and ecstatic surrender. Relationships provide vital energetic stimulation, for example, a hot-type person may need a cool-type person to prevent burn-out, whilst a cool-type may need some fire to get motivated and expressive. A healthy relationship shares good vibes and dissolves negative issues. Whereas a bad relationship trades destructive energies in a vicious cycle which disempowers both parties. Sexual energy is a powerful, transformative force which has to be wisely guided in both spiritual and material life.
- Death - Death reminds us of impermanence, the transitory nature of manifestation and the temporary value of all things. It reminds us to look for that which is permanent and eternal.
