- Energy-Work Practice
Twice-weekly Oshana Park Energy-Work practice classes for Finnish speakers will run through out the August in Helsinki with Petri for only 2€ per hour long class.
Beginners Welcome
Beginners are especially welcome and can drop in on any class to experience the healing movements.
Beautiful Scenery
We will practise our energy-balancing movements in the natural surroundings of Töölönlahden puisto (behind the Opera House).
Heal Yourself
Oshana Energy-Work is a way to heal and detoxify yourself, and find inner peace and harmony with nature. The simple exercises, which are easy to learn yet infinitely profound, become a deep meditation after just a few practices.
Finnish Instruction
The main teaching will be in Finnish. It is possible to learn the movements by watching and copying too. If you require English teaching it might be possible if everyone else in the group understands English.
Immediately Learn Practicable Routines
You will learn Oshana Park Energy-Work healing routines which you can start to practice at home or in nature whenever you have the time or need.
Family Fun & Friends Too
Please feel free to bring your family members, children love the the warm-up exercises and sleep better at night. Tell your friends and work colleagues too.
Special Health Advice
If anyone is pregnant (congratulations!) or has any health issues then please let Oshana's instructors know before the event so that you can receive special health advice before the practice.
How To Prepare
Please arrive early enough to warm-up and get comfortable. Bring plenty of water to drink after the class to assist the healing process. Loose, breathable layers are good to wear if you start getting hot as the sun comes up.

Each class will start at 13:00. There will be 2 classes per week in August, on Wednesdays and on Thursdays.
