This is the real spring cleaning: clearing out psychological encumbrances!
Did you make New Year's resolutions? You know you can't keep them? Not unless there is a new you. There can't be a new you unless you chuck out the useless old stuff, fluff and dust of your life. You have to throw out all the baggage: stuck thoughts, trapped emotions, fixed beliefs, obsessive compulsive behaviours, unconscious habits, fears, neuroses and more. Sounds like a big job. It is, but you can shift a lot of the garbage, if you have the right intention. Why shift a little when you can shift a lot?
You know how unimaginably effective is the basic Oshana Energy-Work practice for clearing, detoxifying and healing? Well, this Intensive goes further. It is presumed that you know the basic techniques. This Intensive is more internal, it will focus your intention. The cleaning work will be pleasant but strong, deep and powerful. There will be time to deeply relax too. Now, we are getting closer to the real value of Energy-Work.
My intention is to develop the Energy-Work practice this year, make you responsible for your own cleaning, help you blast through your limitations and attain Enlightenment.
Yes, you may sweat (a little) but you know that is worth it by how great you will feel inside and outside. But first comes the cleaning!
You are really doing is cleaning out the ego from within your energy-body. And there's more, as you will discover.
