A free Oshana Energy-Work Method class in Töölönlahden park with method founder, Dave Oshana to celebrate the opening this summer's outdoor energy-work classes. Open to everyone. Bring your friends and family for a fun day out in the park. Clear out stuck emotions and thoughts.

Heal Yourself
Oshana Energy-Work is a way to heal and detoxify yourself, and find inner peace and harmony with nature. The simple movements, which are easy to learn yet infinitely profound, become a deep meditation after just a few practices.
When & Where
This free class will start at 11 noon behind the Opera House in Töölönlahden park. Please arrive early enough to warm-up and get comfortable. Bring plenty of water to drink after the class to assist the healing process.
English & Finnish Instruction
The main teaching will be in English but Finnish translation by experienced Energy-Work student-teachers is available. Just ask before the class if you need translation. It is possible to learn the movements by watching and copying too.
Learn Full Routines
You will learn a complete set of Oshana Park Energy-Work techniques which you can start to practice at home or in nature whenever you have the time or need.
Family Fun & Friends Too
Please feel free to bring your family members, children love the warm-up exercises and sleep better afterwards. Tell your friends and work colleagues too about this precious opportunity to learn direct from Dave Oshana.

If anyone is pregnant (congratulations!) or has any health issues then please let Oshana's instructors know before the event so that you can receive special health advice before the practice.
