The Oshana Energy-Work Method is so effective at clearing psychosomatic problems, sometimes in the first practice session, that it has been called a "Gift from God". In this online class we will practice that method.
Trauma, suffering and negativity get suppressed in the body. This creates landmines which can explode their “stuff” at inconvenient moments. Many people live in abject terror of “that emotion” or “that thought” – terrorised by their own minds and hearts – the very places that should have given them security and safety.
Fortunately, there is away to clear out these landmines without 20 years of psychotherapy. The deepest problems are often pre-cognitive, related to events which happened before a person knew language; hence talking therapies are limited in their design.
