How to live a life full of natural commitment, intensity and enjoyment regardless of the outcome. This class will gently encourage you to have a life full of wonder and intensity without the guilt of unfulfilled daily targets.
Life has been laid on for you like a rich father's banquet to his only child. Realise this and the joy and angst of existence will be experienced as one delicious balanced meal. Get the inner saboteur out of your head and recover your Inner Guidance. Life is perfect even in imperfection.
Certainly, you are here to do something. But don't fret. Quite possibly you don't fully understand what it is. In which case, the danger is that you will go haring off after something which does not suit you and thereby miss the ultimate goal and purpose of your existence.
When it all becomes clear, only one goal appears before you. You are now free to pursue it with single-minded attention. But given that you are not the Archimedes' point around which everything in existence is going to move, there are others involved, you can only do your best and not be hard on yourself when you occasionally do not reach your highest planned objective for the day.
