Morning Oshana Energy-Work Classes

- Friday 1 July in Helsinki.
The class are accessible by public transport. Entrance fee is only 5 euros.
Everyone is welcome but new students should ask if their skill level is sufficient before arriving. Contact us by email or SMS via our contact page.
One-To-One Meetings
Personal One-to-One consultations with Oshana will happen on Friday 1 July.
OEWM DVD Project - Styles And Resources
The Oshana Energy-Work Method DVD project will soon be at the filming stage. We would appreciate your suggestions and offers of support.
Have you seen any good movement or exercise class videos? We are interested in knowing what format styles you would like to see. If you have any suggestions please contact us.
Also, we are interested in low-cost technical support especially editing and audio equipment. If you can help in the technical side of DVD making then please let us know soon.
Spanish Web-Pages
There are several Spanish enlightenment-now web-pages. The Spanish needs to be proof-read and the HTML code needs to adjusted to comply with our XHTML 1.0 strict standards. Can you offer any help to speed up this project?
