Embedded Media Players
You will need a browser with embedded media players such as Real Player, Windows Media Player and QuickTime. We have tested the Firefox browser. Different people have different results with the various media players. As an alternative you might try Media Player Classic and Real Alternative if you understand the tech.

Skype should only be used as a backup because Skype currently has technical limitations.

Installing Your Channels
Installing Skype
If you have Skype then you do not need to reinstall but you should create a new Skype ID to protect your online privacy if you main ID is your fullname. You might choose your first name and last initial.
When you download Skype from the above links, the Skype webpage will show you how to install Skype. In XP simply double left-click on the icon. In Vista, right click and "Run as..." and select an account with Administrator privileges. In Mac Os X and Linux follow your normal installation procedures.
Joining the Oshana Transmission Teaching Skype Conference
Add Skype ID: teachingtransmission to your contacts list.
Email us your Skype ID (please create an ID which protects your privacy, such as firstname+last initial (+number, optional)
One hour before the teaching starts we will start adding registered Skype IDs to the Skype conference call. You must be logged in for this to work. If you accidentally log then a moderator will add you again after you re-login. You can text (PM) the moderator but should not call anyone while class is in progress or audio might get muted.
Please ensure that your mic cannot be heard during teaching by muting it.
